Did you know that Agricultural Societies and All Breeds Shows typically do not put on breed specific classes or specialist activities (e.g. long reining) without sponsorship?

Sponsorship Packages
As you can see, sponsorship is not a money grabbing exercise, it is a necessary part of offering good quality, diverse events. If you are not attending an event, it is a perfect time to offer sponsorship as it is very difficult for people to find the money to both enter events, as well as sponsor them. Whether you have a spare $20 or a spare $200, considering supporting a new event, prize or club.
A thriving community helps to expand the horizons of large numbers of horse owners, creates a healthy market for buying and selling horses, raises the profile of our wonderful breed, shows outsiders how truly versatile your breed is, and creates an environment where people work together, support each other and make great friends.

Naming Rights Sponsorship
Naming Rights Sponsors will have their business/stud name featured in the name of the event (e.g. KFC Spring Carnival Spectacular). Your name will essentially be the face of our show – this includes all of our banners, advertising material, on our Facebook page, listed in our program and catalogue, as well as names on all our handmade rugs, ribbons, rosettes, medallions and garlands. We also encourage a representative to come on the day to present the winners the prizes and enjoy the day with us. Naming Rights requires an investment of $1500 for our Gypsy Cob Show & Foal/Youngstock Show to $10,000 for our Spring Carnival Horse Show.
Gold Sponsorship
Gold Sponsors may choose from one of the major prizes on offer at the Show. This may include Grand Supreme, Grand Champion Best Presented, Section Supremes or Naming rights to a ring of your choice. Gold Sponsors will be advertised on social media sites, feature in our program and catalogue, be listed on the applicable award and feature in PA Announcements during the event. Price $500 and contributes to trophies, garlands, sashes and rugs. Please check the event program for details.
Silver Sponsorship
Silver Sponsors may choose one of the many Open Supreme Champion sections of the program. Silver Sponsors will be advertised on social media sites, feature in our program and catalogue, be listed on the applicable award and feature in PA Announcements during the event. The cost of Silver Sponsorship is $350 and contributes towards all Major flower garlands, Embriodered rugs, trophies & sashes. Please check the event program for details.
Bronze Sponsorship
Bronze Sponsors may choose one or more of the various sections in the program. Bronze Sponsors will be advertised on social media sites, be listed in our program and catalogue, and feature in PA Announcements during the event. The cost of Bronze Sponsorship is $200 and contributes to Breed Supreme Champions for garlands & embroidered rugs. Please check the event program for section details.
Raffle or Prize Donations
We understand that cash isn’t always easy to come by and lots of our sponsors prefer to contribute products and/or vouchers for our competitors. This is a great way to receive exposure without having to make a financial outlay. Vouchers encourage winners to purchase additional products from your store and the ease of online shopping means that you don’t have to be located near the event to make a return on your contribution. We are happy to assist you with postage costs and/or printing of vouchers if you require, please just let us know.
