The Winter Youngstock Spectacular

The ABSS Winter Youngstock Spectacular is held on the King’s Birthday public holiday in June, at the Elmore Equestrian Park. Suitable for youngstock up to 3 years of age, this show boasts over 300 classes and entry numbers that generally exceed 100 horses. Featuring individual classes for more than 30 breeds, plus a wide range of open classes, this show is Victoria’s largest and most popular event for registered youngstock.

Following on from our previous success, we are now teaming up with our Foal Show Spectacular to bring you an amazing weekend of showing for horses 3 years and under. Our Foal Show will take place on the Sunday of the long weekend and the Winter Youngstock Spectacular will follow on the Monday. The dates for 2025 will be the 9th and 9th of June. Make sure you mark your calendars because these amazing programs will certainly make your efforts and show prepping worth while!!

Put simply, our Youngstock program is second to none! Horse owners would be hard pressed to find a show of this calibre that offers such a large range of both breed specific and open classes. Youngstock will have the chance to compete for their breed Supreme Champion, Ring Supreme Champion, overall Grand Champion of the Show, as well as a wide range of generic classes. Elmore Equestrian Park

The massive indoor arena at Elmore Equestrian Park provides competitors and spectators with protection from the elements, a great surface, and the safety of an enclosed arena for young horses who may have had limited exposure to the busy show environment.

Park Stable Hire

There are a large number of stables available for hire which are an excellent standard and provide a high level of safety to those staying overnight. All of your show prep can be completed in the numerous wash bays open for use and there is both powered and non-powered camping sites available if you are staying overnight. Please make your stable and camping bookings directly with the facility.
